Collaborators and Contributors

Building a comprehensive and structurally diverse spectral library is not possible without the help of our collaborators and contributors. mzCloudTM partners with members of the scientific and industrial communities who voluntarily contribute MSn spectral trees or collaborate to provide access to chemical standards to one of our mzCloud acquisition laboratories. We welcome any new partners and we will be happy to explain our process for spectra acquisition process. Spectra from our collaborators are available as part of the Reference and Autoprocessed libraries with free access from the mzCloud.org web user interface. Please do not hesitate to contact us at info{a}mzcloud.org and ask how to contribute high quality fragmentation spectra.

Institute of Chemistry
Slovak Academy of Sciences
Bratislava, Slovakia
National non-university science and research institutions fulfill an important mission in most of the most developed countries of the EU and the world. SAS, like the academies of other Central European countries, plays a historically important role as the leading research organization of the country. The first mission of the SAS is to carry out frontier top basic research, leading to fundamental new discoveries and ideas. The second mission of the SAS is to make available the scientific infrastructure for the implementation of technically demanding research for all interested parties, whether from universities or other research and development organizations. The third mission is long-term strategic and applied research and development, where the SAS intensively and effectively cooperates with the business sector, the public sector and civil society to transfer existing knowledge into practice.

Environmental Chemistry
EAWAG
Dübendorf, Switzerland
Eawag is the Swiss Federal Institute of Aquatic Science and Technology and is part of the ETH Domain, which includes the two universities of ETH Zurich and ETH Lausanne (EPFL), the four independent research institutions of Empa, PSI, WSL and Eawag. Firmly anchored in its home country of Switzerland, but with a global network, Eawag is concerned with concepts and technologies for dealing sustainably with water bodies and with water as a resource. In collaboration with universities, other research institutions, public bodies, industry and non-governmental organizations, Eawag works to harmonize ecological, economic and social interests in respect of water usage. The Institute thus serves as a bridge between the scientific world and the ‘real world’.
